Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born on June 13, 1962, in the United States is an actress. After her 1983 debut film Bad Boys, Sheedy became one of the Brat pack of actors. She starred in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) and WarGames. Her performance on Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female lead. Ally Sheedy is an American writer and actress. Her film career began in her early 80s when she was featured as a crime drama actress, Bad Boys. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie and also starred popular actor Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In 1985, following her successful debut on screen she starred in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. John Hughes' film, produced by him, is one of history's greatest high-school films. Even though the budget was $1 million its earnings crossed 50 million dollars. She also began appearing in a variety of TV shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. This was her TV debut. In April of 1980, it became an adolescent show. Other TV shows she appeared in included Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. Her most recent appearances include Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse an action film featuring an X-Men superhero, in which she plays an appearance. Sheedy has won many awards in 2005 due to her work. She was also awarded by the MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
