Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is also a member of the board for the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director of Pastoral Care for the network. His passion is to train the next generation of biblical Counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online pieces and is a co-author of Christ Centered Biblical Counseling: changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne's wife Leslie has three kids.
